Poply Lab sells compact production tools, packaging equipment, accessories, replacement parts, and related products for small-batch production use.

However, product appearance, color, finish, accessories, packaging, and minor design details may differ from what appears on your screen or in product images.

For equipment products, compatibility may depend on your specific bottles, containers, labels, caps, materials, voltage requirements, workflow, and operating conditions. Before ordering, you are responsible for reviewing the product description and confirming that the product is suitable for your intended use. If you are unsure, please contact us before purchase and provide relevant details such as bottle diameter, bottle height, label size, cap size, material type, voltage requirement, and destination country.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Because some equipment orders may be prepared, configured, packed, or shipped shortly after purchase, we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted.

If we do not accept, make a change to, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email address, billing address, shipping address, or phone number provided at the time the order was made.

Your purchases are subject to return or exchange only in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Shipping and delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, inspections, weather, labor disruptions, incorrect addresses, remote-area delivery conditions, or events outside our control.

Processing time, shipping time, and available shipping methods may vary depending on product availability, product configuration, destination country, customs requirements, and carrier availability.

For equipment and machinery products, shipments may require special packaging and may ship separately from accessories or replacement parts. Tracking information will be provided when available.

You are responsible for providing an accurate and deliverable shipping address. We are not responsible for failed delivery, returned parcels, or additional costs caused by incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable shipping information.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated in writing by Poply Lab, risk of loss passes to you when the product is transferred to the shipping carrier.

Some products sold by Poply Lab are machinery, tools, electrical equipment, or accessories intended for small-batch production and packaging workflows. Poply Lab is not responsible for injury, loss, product damage, production loss, or other damage caused by misuse, incorrect setup, incorrect voltage, unauthorized modification, lack of maintenance, incompatible materials, or failure to follow instructions.

Our products are not intended for use in life-critical, medical, aerospace, hazardous, or other high-risk applications unless expressly stated in writing.

SECTION 7 - RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND WARRANTY

Returns, refunds, exchanges, damaged shipments, defective products, and warranty claims are governed by our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and any applicable Warranty Policy posted on our website.

Unless otherwise stated in a product-specific warranty, consumables, normal wear parts, user damage, misuse, incorrect voltage, unauthorized modification, and damage caused by improper installation or operation are not covered.
